These terms govern access to the Ouyify platform. By using our services, merchants agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms (including Shopify and payment provider policies).
Ouyify provides technology services to independent merchants. We are not the seller of record for merchant storefront transactions unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
Payment processing is provided through integrated third-party payment service providers. Merchants are responsible for their product listings, pricing, refunds, and customer support.
